Would you like to lead a production where people, quality, and development go hand in hand?
Hos Dencon We believe that future workplaces are created through good design, responsible production, and skilled people. Therefore, we continuously invest in our employees, our production, and our international growth – and now we are looking for a Production Manager who will help shape the next phase of our development.
We develop and produce office furniture that combines Danish design, high quality, and functionality. With around 50 employees, approximately 30 of whom are in production, we are large enough to have high ambitions – and small enough for each individual to make a noticeable difference.
As Production Manager, you will become a central part of the management team with significant influence on both daily operations and the strategic development of production. At Dencon, decision-making processes are short, collaboration is close, and good ideas are put into action.
Our culture is built on three values, which are the foundation of how we collaborate and achieve results.
Responsibility – we take responsibility for our customers, our colleagues, our environment and the decisions we make. We keep our promises, take ownership and work every day to make things a little better than yesterday.
Community – We believe that the best solutions are created together. We help each other, share knowledge, and treat each other with respect, trust, and integrity. At Dencon, community is not just a value – it's a part of everyday life.
Results We are ambitious. We set high standards for quality, delivery, and collaboration, because we know that good results are created through dedicated people and a joint effort.
As Production Manager, you will become an important cultural carrier, leading the way and translating our values into action.
At Dencon, we believe that quality and responsibility go hand in hand.
Therefore, we are certified according to ISO 14001 Orkney FSC®, and we are systematically working to reduce our environmental impact through responsible material choices, efficient resource utilisation, and continuous improvement.
We see sustainability as a natural part of good business practice – and as Production Manager, you will become an important driving force in further developing our production with a focus on quality, efficiency and the environment.
You will have overall responsibility for production and will lead approximately 30 dedicated employees in production and warehousing.
You will be a leader, a sparring partner and a driving force behind the development of production. This means that you will work strategically and be visible on the production floor, where you will create direction, commitment and momentum.
At the same time, you will become part of the management team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will play a central role in developing our production in line with the company's growth.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
You have experience in leadership within a manufacturing company and are motivated by achieving results through people.
You are a leader who is visible day-to-day, builds trust and helps others succeed.
At the same time, you have an eye for structure, planning, and optimisation, and you are motivated by developing both production and the organisation.
We imagine that you:
Experience in the furniture industry is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
At Dencon, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a company with great ambitions.
We offer:
If you are passionate about leadership, production and development – and wish to be part of a company with strong values and high ambitions – then we look forward to hearing from you.
If you have any questions about the position, you are welcome to contact CEO, Niels Svolgaard, for a confidential discussion on telephone +45 3133 3959.
