We develop and produce office furniture that combines Danish design, high quality, and functionality. With around 50 employees, approximately 30 of whom are in production, we are large enough to have high ambitions – and small enough for each individual to make a noticeable difference.

Your role

You will have overall responsibility for production and will lead approximately 30 dedicated employees in production and warehousing.

You will be a leader, a sparring partner and a driving force behind the development of production. This means that you will work strategically and be visible on the production floor, where you will create direction, commitment and momentum.

At the same time, you will become part of the management team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will play a central role in developing our production in line with the company's growth.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Lead, motivate and develop the production organisation.
• Ensure stable, effective and flexible production.
• Achieve high delivery security and consistent quality.
• Optimise production flow, capacity and workflows.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvements.
• Ensure a safe and attractive working environment.
• Develop our work with ISO 14001 and FSC® further in day-to-day operations.
• Work closely with sales, construction, purchasing, warehouse, and management.
• Actively contribute to Dencon's continued development and international growth.

Who are you?

You have experience in leadership within a manufacturing company and are motivated by achieving results through people.

You are a leader who is visible day-to-day, builds trust and helps others succeed.

At the same time, you have an eye for structure, planning, and optimisation, and you are motivated by developing both production and the organisation.

Experience in the furniture industry is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
